This report covers the evaluation of the 2 years 2005 - 2007 and provides evidence from a bigger number of people than the first report. It demostrates how Self-Directed Support can transform lives. There is also an interesting section from John O'Brien and David Towell on the implications of the lessons learnt during these 2 years for the future of Self-Directed Support.
