In 2011, 30% of people, who are eligible for social care support in England, will have a personal budget.
This new interactive 1 day event will bring together like-minded organisations ready to work together to make the changes needed to put people in control of their support and their lives.
Working with your peers you will explore what your organisation is best at, what you could do to be better and what opportunities and threats you may come across along the way. As part of the workshop you will have the opportunity to test your ideas, innovations and potential for partnerships in the 'Lion's Lair'
